I won't count my time to read your email (assuming it's not 3 pages of a question! If I need to ask clarifying questions, I'll count the time it takes me to reply (which may be 1-2 minutes) and keep the clock ticking for your second reply so I can better answer your question

If there is ANY doubt that I can't answer your question, I will either refund your money or be honest and see if there is something else I can help with.

What I absolutely can't do for you:

Your website is acting up technically, your email is wonky, you need design work (I don't do design), or you use some odd system for something and should be going to their help desk.
