Therapy Website Solutions

There are several options I recommend. Keep in mind there are three separate elements to a website. I provide business and strategic training on the first two.

  • Having a name (domain name)
  • Having good content!
  • Having a place that stores your website (hosting company)

Warning: NEVER let a company buy your domain name. The result is they basically own your business, never letting you get out of their website solution (or paying a huge fee.)

Simple Website

The goal is you have a really basic website that never really changes (or a really cheap webmaster or friend who can make web updates for you) so your annual cost is simply the $100/year in hosting at $10/year for your website name.

The therapy website template we have is generic but customizable.  The "stuff" that wouldn't change includes the blue color, the general "look" where there is a wrap around of the text, etc.  Here are some examples "in action"

How this works:

You buy the template and we email you or your webmaster all the files.

What do you do with the files?

  • You can hire a webmaster to just put the content on for you.
  • You can buy software (Dreamweaver or Frontpage) and do your own changes.

To pay, go to the Marriage Friendly Therapists Template Purchase Page.

Standard Priced, Fast, Quality, Therapy-Specific Website Solution

Use Therapysites.com.  If you enter"promoET" in the promo code you can get a FREE MONTH.  There are no contracts and you pay $59/month.  They are attractive, come preloaded with tons of content, and within minutes you can have a website! Disclosure: I get an affiliate fee if you use that code. I do not, however, recommend anything I don't believe in. Examples of websites I really discourage: Godaddy, Homestead, Intuit, or any other company that charges you $5/month but limits you to a few pages and whose design is seriously lacking

Custom Website

I spent over a year debating with a friend who offers a website solution. Finally I logged in and tried to "break" the website. Remember, I'm both techie and marketing savvy so I know what I should be able to do on a website. I couldn't break the darn thing and in fact some of the super techie features make me jealous.

But for anyone who is afrad of websites but wants to find a custom, great solution follow the link below!
